Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-25 Effective: 2026-05-25
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for FlowLibs Pro. It supplements, and is part of, our Terms of Service — in particular Section 5 (Plans and billing). Current pricing and plan contents are shown on /pricing and control over any summary here.
The short version
- FlowLibs Pro is a digital subscription, and you get access immediately after payment.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
- We don't charge cancellation fees, and we don't pro-rate or partially refund unused time.
- Genuine billing errors (duplicate charges, a charge after a confirmed cancellation) are always made right.
- Nothing here removes rights you can't waive under your local consumer-protection law.
1. Digital goods, immediate access
FlowLibs Pro unlocks import-ready managed-solution downloads, full step-by-step walkthroughs, and priority support the moment your payment succeeds. Because access is digital and granted right away, your purchase is treated as fully delivered at the start of the billing period you select.
2. Subscription fees are non-refundable
Pro is billed in advance for the billing period you choose at checkout (see /pricing for current options). Once a payment is processed, that fee is non-refundable, including for billing periods you only partially use. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for time remaining when you cancel or stop using the Service.
3. How cancellation works
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Future renewals stop. You won't be charged again.
- You keep what you paid for. Your Pro access stays active through the end of the current billing period — the remainder of the year on the annual plan, or the remainder of the current 6-month window on the semi-annual plan.
- No cancellation fees. There's no penalty for cancelling.
- No automatic refund. Cancelling does not trigger a refund for the unused portion of the current period.
After your paid period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier. You keep the perpetual license to any pattern or managed-solution package you accessed while your subscription was in good standing — see Terms of Service Section 4.
4. Renewals and price changes
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel — annually for the yearly plan, or every 6 months for the semi-annual plan. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affects your subscription, and you may cancel before the change takes effect. See Terms of Service Section 5 for the full billing and renewal terms.
5. Your statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law. In particular, if you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within a cooling-off period after purchase. Where that right applies, note that by starting to use a digital subscription immediately you may be asked to acknowledge that performance begins right away, which can affect the withdrawal right for the portion already delivered. If a non-waivable right entitles you to a refund, we will honor it.
6. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us at hello@flowlibs.com within 60 days of the charge. We review every report in good faith and will refund genuine billing errors promptly to your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a charge, please email us first at hello@flowlibs.com — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback for a charge that's valid under this Policy and our Terms may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
8. How to cancel or request help
- Cancel: open your account settings and cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
- Billing questions or error reports: email hello@flowlibs.com.
