Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-21 Effective: 2026-05-01

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of flowlibs.com and the FlowLibs service (together, the "Service"), operated by Aron Brown d/b/a FlowLibs ("FlowLibs," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using it under applicable law.

2. Accounts

  • You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to access FlowLibs.
  • One person or legal entity per account. Do not share account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@flowlibs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for FlowLibs, or have been inactive for an extended period.

3. The pattern library and your license to use patterns

FlowLibs provides a catalog of copy-paste patterns for Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud). The pattern library is free for all users, including free-tier accounts.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to copy, modify, and use FlowLibs patterns in your own automation work, including for commercial use by you or your employer, without attribution. This license survives cancellation of your account.

What you may not do with patterns:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or republish patterns — or a meaningful subset of the FlowLibs library — as a product, course, package, or "patterns site" of your own.
  • Use patterns or the Service to create a directly competing catalog of Power Automate patterns.
  • Remove or obscure any license, attribution, or provenance comments embedded in the patterns.
  • Train machine-learning models on FlowLibs patterns or site content without our prior written permission.

Outside of these restrictions, you don't owe us attribution, and you can absolutely publish automations you built that happen to use a FlowLibs pattern as a building block — that's the whole point.

4. Paid plans (Pro and Team)

FlowLibs offers paid subscription tiers that unlock higher usage limits on AI features and additional tools:

  • Pro ($12 / month) — unlimited AI Script Generator runs, unlimited AI Code Reviews, and export of patterns into the PAD designer format (free-tier accounts are rate-limited on AI features).
  • Team ($49 / month) — everything in Pro for up to 10 seats, shared pattern workspace, custom pattern uploads, SSO/Azure AD integration, and dedicated Slack support.

Pricing, features, and limits shown on /pricing are the authoritative source and control over any inconsistency here. We may change plan contents or quotas with reasonable notice.

Free trial. Pro includes a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you must add a payment method and confirm the subscription to continue using Pro features. Free-tier access to the pattern library and limited AI usage is not affected if you choose not to continue.

Billing. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method in advance on a monthly basis (or the cadence you select at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain Pro/Team features through that period. There are no cancellation fees.

Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects your subscription. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

Refunds. Because the Service is digital and used immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. As a goodwill policy, we may refund a new paid subscription within 14 days of the first payment if AI feature usage during that period has been de minimis and you have not downloaded or used the PAD export feature. Refund requests go to hello@flowlibs.com. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law (including the UK/EU right of withdrawal, if it applies to you).

Taxes. Prices displayed may or may not include taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that apply to your purchase.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: don't scrape us, don't abuse the AI tools, don't use FlowLibs to build things that hurt people.

6. Your content and feedback

  • Your inputs. The Pattern Customizer, AI Script Generator, and AI Code Review let you submit inputs (variable names, configuration values, prompts, existing scripts). You retain ownership of your inputs. You grant FlowLibs a worldwide, royalty-free license to process those inputs solely to provide the Service to you. See the Privacy Policy for how AI features route inputs to third parties.
  • AI outputs. You own the outputs generated for you by the AI tools. Because model outputs can contain inaccuracies, security issues, or unlicensed patterns, always review AI-generated script before running it in a production flow — you are responsible for what you deploy.
  • Feedback. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant FlowLibs a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

7. Intellectual property

FlowLibs — the Service, the site design, the curation and arrangement of patterns, the FlowLibs name and logo, and all supporting software — is owned by Aron Brown and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the pattern license in Section 3 and the ownership you retain in your own inputs and outputs under Section 6, these Terms do not grant you any rights in FlowLibs intellectual property.

8. DMCA / copyright complaints

If you believe content on FlowLibs infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@flowlibs.com including: (i) your contact information, (ii) identification of the copyrighted work, (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material with a URL, (iv) a statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized, (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and (vi) your signature (electronic is fine). We respond to valid notices consistent with the DMCA.

9. Disclaimers

The Service, the patterns, and all AI-generated outputs are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

FlowLibs is a reference catalog of automation patterns and a set of AI tools built on third-party models. You are responsible for reviewing each pattern or AI output before running it in your environment, for security and compliance implications, and for testing patterns against your own systems. Never paste a pattern or an AI-generated script directly into a production flow without reviewing it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • FlowLibs and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
  • FlowLibs's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions or limitations, so the above may not apply to you in full.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify FlowLibs and its operators against any claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (i) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (ii) your use of a pattern or AI output in a way that causes harm, or (iii) your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the account page. We can suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., the pattern license already granted, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here and update the "Last updated" date, and we will notify active users by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you and FlowLibs consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FlowLibs regarding the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Contact. hello@flowlibs.com.
